Shipping Policy

1. Shipping coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

2. Shipping charges
- Free delivery on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. [If there is a COD fee, write it here, e.g. "A COD fee of ₹49 applies."]

3. Order processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas and North-East: up to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, strikes or courier delays.

5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

6. Failed delivery
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may carry extra charges.

7. Damaged package
If the package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours as per our Return and Refund Policy.
